Scope

Client Service is responsible for maintaining agency’s vision and beliefs and backing up the Managing Director within their individual project contribution.

Ideal profile

  • With experience in an advertising agency for at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Having a good understanding of branding or open to learn
  • Collaborator / team worker
  • Able to spot an opportunity
  • Open to become Brand Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the relationship between clients and the Creative, Production and Financial departments of the agency
  • Supervising deliverables
  • Delegating tasks and supervising their implementation
  • Conceiving and presenting creative briefs and initiating debriefing sessions with the Creative Department
  • Conceiving presentations of creative concepts and communication proposals for the clients
  • Conceiving weekly status reports for the managed accounts
  • Cost management: financial reports, negotiating budgets, preparing info for invoices, supervising the financial flow of the managed accounts
