Connects the voices of boards from all over Europe.
On the website: Cooperation
ecoDa brings together the National Institutes for Independent Directors. It was launched on the initiative of the institutes from France, the United Kingdom, and Belgium.
The INOVEO mandate: a refined identity, a new website with a private member area.
Public positions in Brussels, European Board Diploma. However, the logo and the old website told a story smaller than the mission.
A director who opened ecoda.eu would find news and documents. The answer to who ecoDa is was missing from the first screen.
The task: revelation,
without invention.
Before
After
First we listened to the people who are part of the brand’s community. Only then did we choose words, shapes, and colors.
First the people, then the strategic choices, then the identity, the website, and the implementation. All stages of the branding process – analysis and audit, design and implementation – proceeded according to the brief and without delays.
ecoDa transforms the collective experience of European directors into a common direction, for their boards of directors and for Europe.

On the website: EducationBrings boardroom experience into European policies.
On the website: AdvocacyThe name, wordmark, and tagline remained. The “D” received a symbol made of Signal Blue dots. A new visual world emerged around the logo.

The coherence of the new brand across all touchpoints one year after launch.
A successful rebranding does not stop at delivery, but at how it is adopted and maintained in practice. 12 months after launch, we audit and evaluate whether the new visual identity, tone of voice, and key messages are applied consistently and without deviations across all media.
ecoDa now has a common language for the Board, secretariat, and member institutes. The same core idea appears in the positioning, website menu, annual report, and on the conference stage.
The next step is adoption: a brand that lives in every institute, day by day.
