The INFINEXA rebranding reflects the objective way in which the company approaches each restructuring and insolvency case and the way it remains alongside the entrepreneur, the bank, and the regulator, so that all parties can move forward with clarity. In this INFINEXA rebranding case study, our role as a branding agency specialized in corporate rebranding was to clarify the B2B brand strategy and to transform the “beyond X” promise into a concrete working tool for the team.

The INFINEXA rebranding process began with a complete brand audit, an essential stage for any serious corporate rebranding project. We analyzed how the restructuring and insolvency company is perceived by entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. We also looked at how it positions itself in relation to other consultants in the market. From interviews and workshops, we outlined the Brand DNA that captures the way INFINEXA remains objective yet involved, firm and at the same time empathetic toward businesses under pressure. Based on this Brand DNA, we built a B2B brand platform that today supports the way INFINEXA communicates with entrepreneurs, banks, and regulators.
To ensure that the INFINEXA rebranding is present in everyday work, we created a 360-degree experience. This includes corporate presentations, document templates, reports, and digital materials integrated into the restructuring process. Each material maintains the “going forward” direction and the same balanced tone, whether INFINEXA is engaging with an entrepreneur in difficulty, a credit committee, or a regulator. The INFINEXA website was redesigned as a pillar page optimized for searches related to restructuring and insolvency, with a clear structure of services, case studies, and educational content. At the same time, it functions as a corporate rebranding and brand audit case study in the INOVEO portfolio.

A key element in the INFINEXA rebranding was the team’s involvement in brand workshops. Adrian Lotrean, Managing Partner, played the role of the entrepreneur’s voice who understands the language of the bank and the regulator. In the Brand Talks series dedicated to INFINEXA, he explains how he sees branding and rebranding in a restructuring and insolvency company and how brand clarity helps decision-making in complex projects. The visual concept “going forward,” supported by the arrow symbol, speaks about moving beyond point X, about breaking out of a blockage and making a calculated transition to the next stage for the company. The arrow marks the forward direction and the way INFINEXA structures the restructuring and insolvency process, so that all parties involved can see the next steps. The color palette, typography, and graphic system express rigor, stability, and transparency—essential attributes for a corporate brand that manages sensitive situations and complex dialogues between entrepreneurs, banks, and regulators.


Results
Today, the INFINEXA rebranding is reflected in a restructuring and insolvency brand that inspires trust and clarity. Entrepreneurs see INFINEXA as a partner that understands the pressure they are under and proposes a clear “beyond X” path. Banks find an objective counterpart, capable of translating complex situations into concrete plans. Regulators see a partner that respects the legal framework and helps maintain balance in the system. The INFINEXA rebranding thus becomes a development platform for the company and strengthens INOVEO’s positioning as a branding agency specialized in corporate rebranding, B2B brand strategy, and projects for companies undergoing major transitions.
