THE ROMANIAN POST is the infrastructure that connects the state with citizens and companies and moves forward through relevant services for today and tomorrow. Beyond the postal tradition started in 1862, it adds digital financial-banking services and positions Romania on the global logistics map, preparing future generations for a connected economy.

The brand workshop, attended by employees from all levels and divisions of the company, brought alignment regarding current perception, understanding of the vision on the three strategic pillars, and awareness of the gap between the present and the future, preparing the organization for the transformation that lies ahead.

2025 REBRANDING

Connects Romania further.

ROMANIAN POST is undergoing a major structural transformation. Its previous identity, limited to the image of a traditional postal administration, no longer reflects its current complexity and ambitions.

Today, ROMANIAN POST offers not only postal services but also real estate, printing, logistics, and digital financial solutions. A new business strategy – built around three main pillars: the universal counter, courier & logistics (driven by e-commerce growth), and digital financial services – required a comprehensive rebranding process carried out together with the branding agency INOVEO.

The new visual expression conveys trust, continuity, and leadership through the historic red and introduces a fluid identity designed for motion, where the connected letters symbolize the infrastructure linking the business divisions, the state with its citizens, and the private sector – and, by extension, Romania with the world.

The letterforms evolve into a standalone symbol that communicates strength, while their non-linear arrangement reflects the dynamism of a company in transformation. By layering the characters, the identity gains agility and flexibility, mirroring the complexity of current and future services – beyond postal operations – in real estate, printing, courier, logistics, and digital financial solutions. The visual identity is complemented by a dynamic motion design territory created to align the brand with contemporary trends.

ROMANIAN POST’s transformation follows the global trend of national postal administrations reinventing themselves to remain relevant in a constantly changing technological and social context. At the same time, its repositioning in courier and logistics places Romania on the global map of logistics hubs, with the ambition to become a key regional player.
