When I decided to create a Patisseries Gourmande brand for Romania, it wasn’t clear to me where to start and who to work with, so I met with dozens of agencies before I eventually reached Dochita. I had found INOVEO via a google search, and I liked their portfolio. I was already familiar with the classic pattern of meeting with an agency, but I was surprised to see something different: a human approach, a conversation focused on understanding the project and not signing the contract immediately. It was the first meeting of its kind where it was all about the brand, the process, and the method behind it. The creative process was a very interesting one. I was kept in the loop with weekly updates, and I was able to see, together with the team, how the brand started to take shape. It’s something almost magical when you think about how I arrived at the agency with a short brief, not very comprehensive, and how from there things evolved and took shape into what POFTIS is now – a fresh and playful snack brand which continues to keep its French essence.
Almost two years have passed since then and we have continued to work together on POFTIS as well as on other adjacent company products. Some are simple and get done fast, others take more time and feedback sessions, but one thing stays the same: there is always a dialogue with constructive feedback, and we always work well together.
