We started collaborating with INOVEO in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown in the spring of 2020, and we initiated a very important project for us at the strangest possible time – during a pandemic that made all of us question any project, and to top it off, made a face-to-face meeting impossible, not even in order to “shake hands” before starting a project.
From our first conversation with INOVEO, we formed the impression that it would be a real partnership, not just a client-provider relationship. It was a difficult project, made in extreme circumstances and we weren’t an easy client, as we had a very clear idea of what we wanted from the Homebakers project: a home baking community built around the Grain Trip bakery.
INOVEO constantly surpassed our expectations, and we always had the feeling that it was just as important for them as it was for us for the project to come out well, and that was a big deal. So, after finalizing Homebakers, we started another project with INOVEO. This time we didn’t even consider other service providers since we already clearly knew who we wanted to work with. I cannot reveal much yet about this project, but INOVEO proved again how talented and engaged their team is.
I’m not in the habit of making recommendations without reservations, but in INOVEO’s case, we couldn’t have asked for more. They are talented, effective, and very dedicated to their work, and the result is examined and tweaked until they feel it’s exactly what the client wants. I can’t end this testimonial without saying that Dochita is a force of nature, who makes things move forward rapidly and in the right direction.
