I admit that before we started the rebranding project, I was not aware of who Dochita and her team were.
But I was curious about the unusual name, and wondered what INOVEO stood for. And I didn’t have to wait long to find out! Not in asking questions and searching for articles about them, but in doing things. Because doing things is the most difficult part. We had to quickly write a complex brief and send it over to Dochita. After they ran through it, it came back much more complex than it was before.
Along the way we learned that we need a lot more branding materials besides the ID Manual: panels for subsidiaries, boards, lit up signage, display totems, materials with the new logo for events (visual stands, roll-up banners, spiderbots, fliers, promo materials), and so on.
They walked us through all the specifics of launching a new identity and set up a working pace that was so fast, we struggled to keep up.
Those were really demanding days, with daily briefs and new tasks that had appeared overnight. I really appreciated the professionalism and confidence of the INOVEO team. They really guided us well, and made sure that everything was taken care of. Moreover, long after the project had been completed and the contract finalized, they helped us clarify issues that had come up in the meantime, and updated our brand manual. Let me stress that our project had been finalized by that time!

I recommend INOVEO to any company considering rebranding, and for the sake of this project, I will call them INOVeto – since they veto everything that’s not innovative!
