Team INOVEO caught my attention during a BVB (Bucharest Stock Exchange) seminar about Branding and Brand Identity. In fact, I went there purposefully for meeting them, without them knowing.
From the way they presented various subjects during the seminar, I realized it’s not a team which leans on just one person. Each team member had an area they mastered very well. I understood then that developing a brand is a complex process, one that cannot be left to chance and last-minute inspiration, and that team INOVEO approaches the process in a clear and structured manner.
I wanted to get to know them better (and did), and that’s how we started to work together on the branding for a fresh start-up (Abylo) from the portfolio of the group of companies I represent. I think it’s difficult for presented solutions to please everyone from the beginning, but I was impressed by the flexibility/adaptability proven by team INOVEO in finding new solutions every time we slightly disliked something. In the end, we achieved excellent results and I think they managed to perfectly illustrate Abylo’s DNA, why it exists, and its mission.
What I recommend to other partners in regard to Branding and Brand Identity is not to attempt to reinvent the wheel and wait for inspiration to strike (as they say: let’s sit on the shore of a mountain lake, listening to baroque music, and wait for an idea to hit us over the head). Instead, they should consider the process and its complexity as being something deserving of being created with a team of professionals like INOVEO.
