{"id":5383,"date":"2023-05-09T08:39:25","date_gmt":"2023-05-09T05:39:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/uncategorized\/customer-journey-workshop\/"},"modified":"2024-07-24T12:17:15","modified_gmt":"2024-07-24T09:17:15","slug":"customer-journey-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/branding-en\/customer-journey-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Journey Workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This refers to all the interactions and stages a customer goes through while engaging with a brand.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer Journey includes all touchpoints and channels through which a customer comes into contact, starting from the moment they become aware of the product or service offered until the transaction is completed or the proposed objectives are exceeded.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer Journey is essentially a map or flow of the customer\u2019s experience, which can include both positive and negative interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Do not confuse the Customer Journey with Customer Experience, which I will write about in the coming days.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally, you should develop such a workshop under these parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With the same cross-functional project team that was involved in the branding project, including representatives from all departments.<\/li>\n<li>It is essential to involve salespeople, not just marketing personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate a full day for the workshop.<\/li>\n<li>Several exercises are performed before creating the actual Customer Journey.<\/li>\n<li>The process can also be used in teambuilding sessions when teams think out-of-the-box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The outputs from this workshop are used in the communication strategy and the launch of the internal and external re\/branding project.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer Journey can also be a standalone exercise, not necessarily part of a comprehensive re\/branding &#038; design project.
