Aici ar trebui facuta si diferentierea pe tipologia de produs \/ serviciu. Produsele de tipul long life, care necesitau o investitie mai mare pe termen lung, s-au regasit mai degraba in prima categorie. Ceilalti au ales, fie sa continue comunicarea intr-un mod mai precaut, fie sa stopeze totul. Multi s-au reorientat dinspre offline in online. De aceea, trendul care a crescut puternic anul trecut este \u201cgo digital\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Temele abordate si in offline si in online au fost orientate in special catre responsabilitate social\u0103 \u0219i sustenabilitate, iar companiile care \u0219i-au materializat promisiunile din campaniile de comunicare au c\u00e2\u0219tigat cel mai mult, at\u00e2t din punct de vedere al imaginii, c\u00e2t \u0219i al v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor pentru ca au demonstrat ca sunt flexibile, permisive si atente cu angajatii si clientii lor. Iar intr-o perioada dominata de panica mesajul acesta este reteta castigatoare. Clientii s-au orientat spre companii mari, de incredere. Acest ingredient \u201cincrederea\u201d inainte de criza putea sa aiba variatiuni\u2026 insa dupa criza a primit noi conotatii. Clientii au cumparat de la brandurile mari pentru ca acestea le-au conferit incredere, de la brandurile care, in primul rand au comunicat, pentru ca au fost suficient de inteligente sa fie \u201cvazute, auzite\u201d in offline sau online in aceasta perioada. Vorbesti cu mine, vorbesc cu tine. Daca mesajul atingea si coarda sensibila \u201ccurat, distanta minima, avem grija de angajti, avem grija de clienti etc\u2026 reteta era de succes. Un alt mesaj care a atins coarda sensibila a publicului a fost \u201ccreat si produs in Romania\u201d. Publicul a devenit mai sensibil si a fraternizat, de aceea se observa trendul de consum in crestere pe tot ceea ce este romanesc si, atentie, de calitate, trend care creste bine de vreo 10 ani incoace, si asta e foarte bine. <\/p>\n<p>Comunicare online este un must-have azi si vine si cu challenge-urile sale. Pentru ca regulile din online sunt total diferite de cele din online. E ca in medicina: trebuie sa fii sugativa de informatie tot restul vietii pentru ca in permanenta mai apare o substanta noua care rezolva ceva sau o noua solutie la o veche problema. Aici, in online, regulilele pe care le stiai in 2019 s-ar putea sa nu se mai potriveasca in februarie 2021 pentru ca marii publisheri google, facebook au mai schimbat ceva la nivel de formula de calcul. <\/p>\n<p><strong>A fost online-ul \u201ccheia succesului\u201d pentru companii in timpul starii de urgenta si chiar si dupa aceea? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da, cu mana pe suflet. Insa daca in offline concurenta e mare la nivel de share of voice si share of pocket, aici, in online, gradul de intensitate este la maximum pentru ca iti imparti secunda nu numai cu competitorii tai directi, ci cu oricine vrea sa-ti castige atentia\u2026 putina pe care o ai.<br \/>\nSi daca vorbim de directionarea bugetelor catre online, nu vorbim doar de comunicare online, ci de investitii serioase pe care brandurile au inceput sa le faca in platforme de e-commerce pentru ca limita acum intre vanzarea offline si online incepe sa dispara, omnichanelul va fi probabil si mai puternic observat in 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au existat si alte modalitati de promovare in afara de online?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da, brandurile smart au identificat modalitati noi de a-si consolida pozitia in piata promovandu-se pe canale precum Waze, indoor neconventional in retele de benzinarii sau in retail; deseori vad branduri care ma surprind prin metode neconventionale si asta e o metoda memorabila pentru brand. Identificarea punctelor de contact poate fi o strategie inteligenta de a identifica shortcuturi pentru produsul tau de a junge mai repede la clientul tau dorit\u2026 Ex: azi poti sa cumperi de pe glovo produse ikea\u2026 cine s-ar fi gandit la asta la un moment dat. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Au crescut bugetele de promovare ale companiilor in timpul starii de urgenta? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stiu clienti care au dus-o bine mersi si au inchis mai bine 2020 dpdv profitabilitate fara sa mai investeasca in comunicare in 2020 bazandu-se doar pe comunicarea facuta pana in 2021; in special vorbim de clientii din categoriile profesionale, nu mass market.
