Ti-e drag logo-ul, iti plac culorile, ai investit in ele, dar ceva nu mai sta bine. Nu te mai recunosti in oglinda, desi \u201ehaina\u201d e aceeasi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Arhip Pogurski, fondatorul Gursk, descrie acest moment cu o sinceritate dezarmanta. Spune ca si-a dat seama ca imaginea cu care se identifica nu mai corespundea realitatii business-ului. Era intr-o dezvoltare acerba, crescuse portofoliul, crescuse echipa, crescuse impactul, dar identitatea vizuala ramasese la nivelul de \u201einceput de drum\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Analogiei cu hainele nu i-am dat eu sens, ci el: \u201ee ca atunci cand porti niste haine care iti plac, cu care te simti bine, dar constati ca nu mai esti in ton sau nu te mai reprezinta\u201d. E fix momentul in care brandingul devine decizie de business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In proiectul <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/portofoliu\/gursk\/\">Gursk<\/a>, atasamentul emotional fata de vechea identitate (vezi la finalul paginii la Before &amp; After) era real. Brief-ul initial nu a fost \u201eschimbam tot\u201d, ci mai degraba \u201evedem ce putem ajusta\u201d. Abia in dialog, privind lucid la unde ajunsese compania, a aparut curajul de a accepta ca haina trebuie schimbata, nu doar carpita.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Acest pas nu vine niciodata dintr-un impuls de moment. Vine dintr-o perioada de reflectie: analizezi piata, concurenta, felul in care arata categoria, felul in care arati tu langa ceilalti. De asemenea, observi cum te percep medicii stomatologi si iti pui intrebarea incomoda: \u201eImaginea asta mai este adevarata pentru cine suntem azi?\u201d. Cand raspunsul sincer este \u201enu chiar\u201d, acolo incepe, de fapt, rebrandingul.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ce-inseamna-a-scoate-la-lumina-ceea-ce-exista-deja\" class=\"font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&amp;]:clear-end text-lg first:mt-0 md:text-lg [hr+&amp;]:mt-4\">Ce inseamna \u201ea scoate la lumina\u201d ceea ce exista deja<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Multi antreprenori cred ca rebrandingul \u201einventeaza\u201d valori, mesaje si povesti. In experienta cu Gursk, noi nu am inventat nimic. Am facut ceva mult mai greu: am pus cuvinte peste comportamente care existau deja de 15\u201316 ani in companie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/workshop-branding\/\">workshop-uri<\/a>, nu le-am spus oamenilor cine \u201ear trebui\u201d sa fie, ci i-am pus sa-si aminteasca momente concrete: de ce au ramas in echipa, ce gesturi ale fondatorilor i-au marcat. In plus, i-am rugat sa se gandeasca la ce au primit cand le-a fost greu si ce apreciaza la colegii lor. Din fragmentele acestea de viata au iesit, de fapt, valorile pe care le-am formulat mai tarziu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Arhip insusi spune ca procesul \u201ea scos la lumina niste lucruri valoroase pe care noi nu le stiam\u201d si ca aceste lucruri i-au ajutat sa decida in ce directie merg cu brandul. Asta este miza unui proces de branding facut ca la carte: nu &#8220;povesti&#8221;, ci sa clarifici esenta, astfel incat deciziile viitoare sa fie coerente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Cand definim valorile, nu cautam cuvinte \u201ecare suna bine pe perete\u201d. Cautam repere de comportament: cum luam decizii, cum ne raportam la oameni, ce nu negociem in relatii. Abia apoi traducem aceste repere in limbaj, identitate vizuala, ton de voce, experiente de brand.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"momentul-in-care-o-echipa-plange-si-iese-grateful\" class=\"font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&amp;]:clear-end text-lg first:mt-0 md:text-lg [hr+&amp;]:mt-4\">Momentul in care o echipa plange si iese \u201egrateful\u201d<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Unul dintre momentele care au marcat procesul cu Gursk a venit la finalul unei zile de workshop. Agenda era clara, stiam ce avem de facut, dar la final am simtit ca lipseste ceva: o oglinda emotionala in care echipa sa se vada pe ea insasi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Exercitiul de final a fost simplu: fiecare om a avut de spus \u201emultumesc\u201d cuiva din organizatie, pornind de la o intamplare concreta. Multumiri catre Arhip si partenera lui, catre colegi, catre oameni care au stat langa ei in momente grele. Cuvinte pe care, de obicei, nu le spui in sedintele de luni dimineata.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Rezultatul? O sala plina de oameni care isi ascundeau lacrimile cu discretie. Nu pentru ca brandingul este dramatic, ci pentru ca, pentru cateva minute, a devenit sigur sa exprime recunostinta. De aici a iesit una dintre valorile pivot ale brandului: grateful.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Arhip isi aminteste acest moment ca pe un punct de cotitura: o confirmare a felului in care Gursk functioneaza ca familie extinsa. Pentru o companie care isi protejeaza oamenii \u201eca pe o familie\u201d, a fost important ca acest lucru sa nu ramana doar o metafora, ci sa fie asumat ca valoare si criteriu de decizie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">De aceea spun adesea ca un brand B2B sanatos se construieste in momentele de vulnerabilitate, nu doar in prezentari impecabile. Valorile reale (nu se aleg dintr-o lista) se descopera cand oamenii isi spun unul altuia ce simt si dau exemple de intamplari concrete.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"brandul-ca-haina-care-trebuie-sa-urmeze-omul-nu-in\" class=\"font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&amp;]:clear-end text-lg first:mt-0 md:text-lg [hr+&amp;]:mt-4\">Brandul ca \u201ehaina\u201d care trebuie sa urmeze omul, nu invers<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Ce am facut apoi, in termeni tehnici, a fost sa luam aceste valori \u2013 familie, pasiune, grace, great, grateful \u2013 si sa le traducem in directie de brand. Sa desenam, metaforic, \u201edrumul national\u201d, \u201eautostrada\u201d, limitele de viteza. Astfel, oricine intra in brand sa stie cum se circula acolo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Arhip spune ca brandingul bun te invata \u201ecum sa folosesti infatisarea, identitatea, valorile companiei\u201d. Ii intereseaza ca fiecare membru al echipei sa stie cum sa foloseasca brandul in deciziile zilnice. Acest lucru porneste de la felul in care arata showroom-ul, la felul in care arata un stand. De asemenea, este important felul in care vorbesti cu un partener international despre Romania. Mai conteaza si cum dezvolti si ce aduci pentru comunitatea de implantologie sau stomatologie in general.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Noua identitate vizuala nu a facut decat sa dea o forma coerenta la ceea ce exista deja in comportament: grija pentru oameni, diplomatia, dorinta de a construi pe termen lung. Din aceasta coerenta vine sentimentul de satisfactie despre care vorbeste Arhip. Astfel, de fiecare data cand vede noile vizualuri, simte ca il reprezinta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Brandingul, dincolo de operatie estetica, este o aliniere: intre cine esti, cum te comporti, ce promiti si cum arati. Haina trebuie sa urmeze omul, nu invers. Si Sami Numan, Fondator Nimet, face comparatia brandingului cu <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/brand-talks\/nimet\/\">haina<\/a>. Cand omul se schimba \u2013 fondatorul, echipa, nivelul de joc al companiei \u2013 e firesc ca, la un moment dat, sa isi schimbe si haina.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"curajul-antreprenorului-de-a-si-recunoaste-propriu\" class=\"font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&amp;]:clear-end text-lg first:mt-0 md:text-lg [hr+&amp;]:mt-4\">Curajul antreprenorului de a-si recunoaste propriul moment<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Intrebarea care ramane la final, pentru orice antreprenor care citeste acest articol, este simpla: iti mai vine bine haina brandului tau sau doar ti-e mila sa renunti la ea?<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Daca iti place cum arati, dar simti ca nu te mai reprezinta, probabil esti exact in punctul in care a fost si Arhip. Atunci nu mai este vorba despre logo, ci despre curajul de a-ti privi business-ul in oglinda si de a spune: \u201eAm crescut. E vremea sa aratam cine suntem, nu doar cine am fost\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In momentul in care accepti asta, brandingul devine un proces de descoperire, nu de cosmetizare. Descoperi valori, le pui in cuvinte, le pui in imagine, le pui in decizii.
