De multe ori, proiectele de branding incep cu o obsesie pentru logo si se blocheaza acolo. Ore si ore de discutii pe culori, forme, simboluri, variante de font, toate puse sub lupa in sedinte lungi. Te uiti la logo-urile competitorilor, ale furnizorilor, ale vecinilor din colt si ai impresia ca acolo se joaca totul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Nuanta aceea de verde pare ca spune mai bine misiunea companiei tale. O linie mai groasa pare sa transmita putere. Un simbol \u201edeosebit\u201d pare sa rezolve, dintr-o miscare, intreaga pozitionare. Intre timp, timpul trece, costurile cresc, iar intrebarea esentiala \u2013 ce promite, de fapt, brandul tau si cum livrezi aceasta promisiune \u2013 ramane in plan secund.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Rolul logo-ului in branding<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Logo-ul ocupa un loc important in orice manual de identitate. El apare pe site, pe produse, pe facturi, pe prezentari, pe cladire. Totusi, rolul logo-ului ramane acela de semn grafic, de semnatura vizuala. Un logo, oricat de reusit, nu poate contine singur esenta brandului tau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Brandurile traiesc in mintea oamenilor, nu in fisierele de design. Se construiesc din contactul repetat dintre ceea ce promite organizatia ta si ceea ce traieste clientul, in realitate. Cu fiecare interactiune \u2013 pe site, la telefon, la livrare, la un eveniment \u2013 imaginea brandului se rescrie putin. Logo-ul marcheaza aceasta relatie, dar nu decide continutul ei.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Logo vs brand: doua exemple concrete<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Gandeste-te la doua logouri foarte diferite, pentru a vedea mai clar diferenta dintre logo si brand. Primul este marul muscat. Il vezi, poate chiar acum, pe laptop sau pe telefon. In secunda in care il vezi, gandul fuge spre experienta ta cu produsele Apple: fluiditatea sau blocajele, relatia cu service-ul, felul in care te-ai simtit cand ai lucrat cu acel device. Poate iti amintesti prima data cand ai folosit un Mac sau un iPhone, sau un moment extrem, pozitiv sau negativ.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Al doilea simbol este secera si ciocanul. Pentru cine a prins perioada respectiva, mai ales in Romania, acest logo nu inseamna doar doua unelte. Activeaza o intreaga memorie: cozile, frigul din apartamente, spaima, lipsurile, discutiile de acasa. Se adauga povestile parintilor, imaginile din manuale, filme sau muzee, dezbaterile politice de azi. Logo-ul devine o poarta catre o stare, nu doar o grafica.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Ce ne spun aceste doua cazuri despre branding<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Brandul se construieste din experiente, nu din simboluri. Marul ar putea avea muscatura pe cealalta parte, iar secera si ciocanul ar putea sta inversate. Pentru un ochi format in acele contexte, sensul ar ramane acelasi. Culoarea se poate ajusta, marginile se pot rafina, dar povestea traita ramane.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Logourile ne fascineaza pentru ca le putem controla mai usor decat putem controla cultura interna, modul in care raspundem la reclamatii sau calitatea produselor si a serviciilor. Este mult mai simplu sa cerem \u201einca o varianta de logo\u201d decat sa schimbam felul in care o echipa vorbeste cu clientii sau gestioneaza situatii delicate. De aici apare o investitie disproportionata in logo si o investitie prea mica in experienta de brand.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Cum arata un logo sanatos, in raport cu brandul<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Lectia reala de la brandurile mari, fie ca ne inspira sau ne provoaca, tine de simplitate si claritate. Un logo eficient se recunoaste usor, nu jigneste si se leaga natural de categoria in care joci. Un astfel de logo este desenat de designeri care inteleg contextul strategic, iar decizia finala este explicata si asumata, nu rezultatul unui \u201evot\u201d pe email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Brandul insa merge cu mult dincolo de logo. Conteaza felul in care compania raspunde la crize, cum arata showroom-ul, cum vorbeste un consultant la telefon, ce ton are newsletterul, cat de predictibila este colaborarea dupa cateva luni. Logo-ul functioneaza ca o semnatura grafica. Brandul reprezinta intregul contract emotional cu oamenii care interactioneaza cu tine.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Ce nu poate rezolva un logo nou<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Un logo consecvent, aplicat corect in toate punctele de contact, poate transmite siguranta si profesionalism. Oamenii recunosc semnul tau si il asociaza cu un anumit nivel de asteptare. Totusi, problemele de cultura organizationala, de perceptie sau de strategie raman acolo chiar si cu un logo impecabil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Daca promisiunea nu este clara, daca produsul dezamageste sau daca echipa oboseste clientul prin incoerenta, orice schimbare de logo ramane o cosmetizare. Un rebranding limitat la grafica creeaza, pe termen lung, frustrare in piata si cinism fata de comunicatele entuziaste. Aici intra in scena workshopurile de branding, sesiunile de lucru pe touchpoint-uri si mapa concreta de customer journey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In astfel de procese, oamenii din companie identifica toate punctele in care se intalnesc cu clientul: online, la telefon, in showroom, in service, la evenimente. Analizeaza ce simte clientul in fiecare etapa, ce il incurca si ce il ajuta. Din aceste discutii apar standarde, scenarii, mesaje, proceduri. Logo-ul devine o piesa dintr-un sistem mai mare, un semn recognoscibil al unei experiente proiectate cu intentie, nu doar un desen reusit pe coperta.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Cum poti reporni discutiile despre logo si branding in compania ta<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Daca simti ca proiectul de branding s-a blocat in detalii de logo, un prim pas simplu este sa schimbi intrebarile. In loc de \u201ece simbol ne reprezinta?\u201d, incearca \u201ece experienta vrem sa aiba clientul in primele cinci minute cu brandul nostru?\u201d. Poti adauga intrebari precum \u201ece ar spune despre noi un client loial dupa trei ani de colaborare?\u201d sau \u201ecare este cea mai puternica amintire pozitiva pe care vrem sa o lase brandul nostru?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Raspunsurile la astfel de intrebari iti ofera materia prima pentru strategia de brand: promisiune, ton, standarde, fel de a fi. Din aceasta baza poti lua apoi, linistit, decizii legate de logo, culori si restul identitatii vizuale.
