Pe scurt, la serviciile pe care le stim de zeci de ani. De aici vine si confuzia. Multi cred ca un rebranding inseamna un logo nou si cateva materiale proaspete. Nu e asa. Rebrandingul adevarat inseamna fundament, structura, claritate si decizii luate cu responsabilitate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"866\">Procesul POSTEI ROMANE a fost exact asta: o lucrare mare, in 6 etape, in care ADN-ul organizatiei a fost scos la lumina, inteles si reconstruit. Nu prin comunicare, ci prin branding.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"871\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"903\">Brandingul nu e advertising<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"985\">Advertisingul este un strat. Vine dupa. Impacheteaza lucruri. Vorbeste frumos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1138\">Brandingul este baza. Determina cine esti ca organizatie, cum te pozitionezi, ce promisiune oferi, cum te diferentiezi si cum iti mobilizezi oamenii.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1358\">Daca nu ai o fundatie, advertisingul nu are ce sa comunice. De aceea, brandurile mari care au intrat in Romania dupa \u201989 au venit cu brandul gata creat (manual de brand era facut, platforma la fel)si n-au facut altceva decat sa comunice. Insa in manual era toata stiinta: arhitectura, platforma, ton, roluri. Cele mai multe branduri romanesti antreprenoriale sar peste acest pas crezand ca nu e mare lucru&#8230; dar sa vezi cum ajunge sa fie cand, in relatia cu agentiile de comunicare incepe ping-pongul&#8230; pentru ca nu exista platforma de brand!!!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1529\">La POSTA ROMANA, asta am facut: am construit fundatia. Si asta nu e vizibil dintr-un clip sau dintr-un panou. E vizibil doar atunci cand vezi manualul, argumentare, coerenta, alinierea si sensul.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1534\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1589\">Procesul de branding: 6 etape<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1657\">A fost unul dintre cele mai complexe proiecte la care am lucrat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1683\">Etapele au fost clare:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1885\">\n<li data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1722\">\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1722\">Analiza si audit intern si extern<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1801\">\n<p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1801\">Platforma de brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1827\">\n<p data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1827\">Arhitectura de brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1851\">\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1851\">Identitate vizuala<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1885\">\n<p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1885\">Materiale de brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1885\">\n<p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1885\">Manual de brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2066\">Interviurile au fost cele mai importante. Au durat uneori si doua ore. Acolo am descoperit cine este de fapt POSTA ROMANA. Nu doar o institutie. Ci o retea vie. O retea de oameni.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2071\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2143\">Insighturi din postele internationale: realitatea din piata globala<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2253\">Cand pui lupa pe peisajul international, intelegi de ce brandingul nu mai poate fi gandit ca acum 50 de ani.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2630\">DPD este curierul international al Postei din Franta.<br data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2311\" \/>GLS este al Postei din Marea Britanie.<br data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2352\" \/>DHL detine posta germana si a rebranduit-o complet sub umbrela DHL Group.<br data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2428\" \/>Posta Italiei este si o importanta banca.<br data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2456\" \/>Swiss Post cumpara anual startup-uri in fintech si mobility.<br data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2519\" \/>Estonia si-a mutat tot business-ul sub numele OMNIVA, ca sa ramana relevanta in toata zona baltica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2774\">Aceste exemple arata ceva simplu: lumea se misca repede. Pentru a fi relevant in curierat si logistica intr-o zona regionala trebuie sa porti un nume is o imagine noua. Rolurile se schimba. Sub-brandurile se separa. Modelul de business se reinventeaza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2857\">POSTA ROMANA nu mai putea ramane in paradigma \u201eo goarna pentru toate serviciile\u201d.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2862\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2901\">De ce goarna nu mai era suficienta<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"3025\">Goarna era simbolul unei lumi care nu mai exista.<br data-start=\"2952\" data-end=\"2955\" \/>Era relevanta pentru scrisori. Pentru servicii postale traditionale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3257\">Dar POSTA ROMANA, in realitatea de azi, inseamna mult mai mult:<br data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3093\" \/>\u2013 curierat<br data-start=\"3103\" data-end=\"3106\" \/>\u2013 logistica<br data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3120\" \/>\u2013 hub-uri regionale<br data-start=\"3139\" data-end=\"3142\" \/>\u2013 servicii financiare<br data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3166\" \/>\u2013 servicii imobiliare<br data-start=\"3187\" data-end=\"3190\" \/>\u2013 tipografie<br data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3205\" \/>\u2013 retea operationala nationala de 20.000 de oameni si peste 1500 de oficii postale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3259\" data-end=\"3353\">O goarna nu poate incarca toate aceste semnificatii. Te limiteaza. Te tine intr-o categorie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3421\">Organizatia crescuse, iar simbolul ramanea mic. Stramt. Depasit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3423\" data-end=\"3542\">Brandurile se schimba nu pentru ca \u201enu ne mai place logo-ul\u201d, ci pentru ca vechea identitate nu mai acopera realitatea.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3544\" data-end=\"3547\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3549\" data-end=\"3586\">Noua identitate este \u201eincapatoare\u201d<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3588\" data-end=\"3725\">Cand construiesti o identitate pentru o companie care joaca in peste 5 categorii, nu poti face un simbol rigid. Ai nevoie de un sistem.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3727\" data-end=\"3788\"><a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/portofoliu\/posta-romana\/\">POSTA ROMANA<\/a> devine un brand in miscare, nu un semn static. Si asa este si construita&#8230; echipata pentru un brand in miscare. Tot ce vedem azi este pe mobil. SI mai tot ce vedem este in miscare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"4019\">Liniile grafice, traseele, punctele, verticalele si curburile vin din realitatea postala:<br data-start=\"3879\" data-end=\"3882\" \/>\u2013 liniile de sortare<br data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"3905\" \/>\u2013 drumurile<br data-start=\"3916\" data-end=\"3919\" \/>\u2013 traseele de livrare<br data-start=\"3940\" data-end=\"3943\" \/>\u2013 dinamica coletelor<br data-start=\"3963\" data-end=\"3966\" \/>\u2013 fluxurile logistice<br data-start=\"3987\" data-end=\"3990\" \/>\u2013 conexiunile dintre oameni<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4021\" data-end=\"4159\">Este un alfabet vizual deschis. Poate trai pe un oficiu postal, pe o masina, pe o aplicatie, pe un card financiar sau pe un avion cargo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4161\" data-end=\"4244\">Asta inseamna brand cu sistem. Brand care creste. Brand pentru 2030 si mai departe.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4249\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4251\" data-end=\"4306\">Identitatea nu e grafica statica, ci in miscare<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4308\" data-end=\"4491\">POSTA ROMANA inseamna 11.000 de factori postali. Oameni &#8211; care ajung in cele mai indepartate sate ale tarii. Oameni &#8211; pe care pensionarii ii cunosc mai bine decat pe preot sau pe primar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4493\" data-end=\"4580\">Noua identitate este despre ei. Despre incredere. Despre continuitate. Despre viitor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4582\" data-end=\"4642\">Ei vor duce vizualul mai departe. Ei vor traduce schimbarea.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4644\" data-end=\"4647\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4649\" data-end=\"4706\">Concluzie: un rebranding este o fundatie pentru viitor<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4708\" data-end=\"4876\">Rebrandingul POSTEI ROMANE nu este un exercitiu de \u201eschimbat logo-ul\u201d. Este o reorganizare strategica. O resetare. O aliniere la prezent si o pregatire pentru viitor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4878\" data-end=\"4978\">Identitatea noua e facuta sa fie in motion, scalabila, flexibila, relevanta si coerenta pentru urmatorii ani.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4980\" data-end=\"5064\">Brandingul este fundatia, structura.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4980\" data-end=\"5064\">Brandingul nu e un logo nou. Brandingul nu e advertising. Advertisingul vine dupa.<br data-start=\"5008\" data-end=\"5011\" \/><br data-start=\"5037\" data-end=\"5040\" \/>Iar POSTA ROMANA are acum structura. Si e gata echipata pentru urmatorul pas &#8211; implementarea. Asta va lua timp pentru anvergura postei. Si rabdare pentru romani.
