Slide-uri frumoase, diagrame, promisiuni. In realitate, ordinea din spatele proiectului sta pe umerii unui om. In cazul GURSK, omul acela este Cristina-Elena Rusen, director de marketing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"598\">In episodul Brand Talks 2.0 filmat la INOVEO, am vorbit cu Cristina despre ce inseamna sa pui structura intr-un brand de distributie medicala, cum arata rebrandingul GURSK din interior si ce inseamna, in fapt, cultura unei companii care creste repede.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"700\">Linkul catre episod este aici:<br data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"633\" \/><strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"700\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/brand-talks-2\/brand-talks-2-0-cristina-rusen\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"698\">https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/brand-talks-2\/brand-talks-2-0-cristina-rusen\/<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"705\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"757\">Cine este Cristina Rusen si ce a gasit la GURSK<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"1047\">Cristina vine din marketing, cu experienta in industrii unde ritmul este ridicat si cifrele se vad repede in raport. Cand ajunge la GURSK, gaseste un business puternic, condus antreprenorial, cu relatii solide cu medicii stomatologi, dar cu un brand care nu mai tinea pasul cu realitatea.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1251\">Activarea in piata era fragmentata. Materialele de comunicare nu vorbeau aceeasi limba. Identitatea vizuala nu mai reflecta ambitia fondatorului si nici nivelul de profesionalism din relatia cu medicii.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1299\">Pe scurt: business matur, brand ramas in urma.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1567\">Cristina intra in aceasta scena cu ceva ce este mai rar in marketingul B2M: luciditate si asumare. Accepta ca rebrandingul nu este un proiect frumos pentru portofoliu, ci o operatie pe cord deschis asupra felului in care GURSK se prezinta medicilor si echipelor lor.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1572\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1634\">Rebranding GURSK: ordine in marketing, claritate in brand<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1784\">Rebrandingul GURSK nu a insemnat doar un nou logo si o paleta de culori. A insemnat, in primul rand, o decizie: punem structura in tot ce comunicam.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1994\">Procesul a inceput cu audit intern cu echipa si extern cu medicii stomatologi si <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/workshop-branding\/\">workshopuri<\/a>. Am analizat perceptii, am discutat cu echipa, am inteles ce promisiune reala poate sustine brandul. Apoi am construit platforma de brand si noua identitate vizuala.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2253\">Rolul Cristinei aici a fost foarte clar. A tinut proiectul pe traseu. A facut legatura intre fondator, echipa, medici si agentie. A filtrat decizii. A pus intrebari incomode atunci cand entuziasmul creativ risca sa se indeparteze de realitatea businessului.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2559\">Rebrandingul GURSK a insemnat si reasezarea marketingului. Nu mai vorbim doar despre materiale frumoase, ci despre un sistem de comunicare coerent: de la prezentari pentru medici si participarea la congrese, la modul in care arata standurile, social media si brand book-ul cu reguli stricte si clare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2703\">Pentru un distribuitor in dental industry, aceasta coerenta construieste ceva greu de masurat in Excel, dar foarte vizibil in timp: incredere. Asta e si maniera in care se verifica succesul rebrnadingului &#8211; calitativ in perioada imediata si cantitativ peste ani.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2708\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2710\" data-end=\"2751\">Cultura GURSK: pasiune, familie, grace, grateful, great<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"3002\">In Brand Talks, Cristina vorbeste mult despre cultura interna. Despre felul in care <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/portofoliu\/gursk\/\">GURSK<\/a> se defineste prin valori precum Pasiune, Familie, Grace, Great, Grateful. Nu sunt cuvinte puse pe perete, ci criterii dupa care se judeca decizii de business.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3004\" data-end=\"3175\">Pasiunea se vede in felul in care echipa sta in sala de curs cu medicii pana tarziu, raspunde la intrebari tehnice si nu pleaca dupa primele doua ore de eveniment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3177\" data-end=\"3317\">Familia nu este doar o metafora. E modul in care oamenii se sprijina intre ei in perioadele cu multe lansari, multi kilometri si putin somn.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3319\" data-end=\"3514\">Grace, cuvant greu de tradus exact in romana, se vede in felul in care GURSK alege sa se prezinte: fara stridente, fara promisiuni tip &#8220;miracol&#8221;, cu respect pentru timpul si competenta medicilor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3516\" data-end=\"3781\">Rebrandingul GURSK a trebuit sa traduca toate acestea intr-o identitate vizuala si verbala clara. Cristina a fost vocea care a insistat ca brandul nu are voie sa devina doar &#8220;modern&#8221;, ci trebuie sa ramana recognoscibil pentru cei care lucreaza cu el de ani de zile.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3783\" data-end=\"3786\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3788\" data-end=\"3841\">Ce pot invata antreprenorii din rebrandingul GURSK<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3843\" data-end=\"3974\">Brand Talks cu Cristina este, de fapt, o lectie pentru antreprenorii care simt ca au crescut mai repede in business decat in brand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3976\" data-end=\"4018\">Cateva idei pe care le discutam in episod:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4020\" data-end=\"4149\">Rebrandingul nu este un proiect de weekend. Este o decizie strategica, cu impact in vanzari, echipa, recrutare si parteneriate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4151\" data-end=\"4336\">Marketingul are nevoie de o persoana care sa tina ritmul. Fara un om precum Cristina, rebrandingul risca sa se transforme intr-o succesiune de prezentari frumoase fara implementare reala.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4338\" data-end=\"4524\">Cultura de companie nu se inventeaza in PowerPoint. <a href=\"https:\/\/gursk.ro\">GURSK<\/a> avea deja un ADN puternic. Rolul rebrandingului a fost sa il clarifice si sa il faca vizibil, nu sa il reinventeze de la zero.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4526\" data-end=\"4721\">Pentru distribuitorii din zona medicala, diferentierea nu se face doar prin portofoliul de produse. Se face prin modul in care brandul se poarta cu medicii, cu pacientii lor si cu propria echipa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4723\" data-end=\"4849\">Aceste lucruri sunt valabile pentru orice antreprenor, fie ca vorbim de dental industry, fie ca vorbim de retail sau servicii.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4851\" data-end=\"4854\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4856\" data-end=\"4918\">De ce merita sa vezi episodul Brand Talks cu Cristina Rusen<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4920\" data-end=\"5089\">Brand Talks 2.0 este, pentru noi la INOVEO, modul prin care scoatem din culise oamenii care fac brandurile sa functioneze.
