Solutia: educatie in branding, productie proprie si export de branduri romanesti.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4 data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"282\">Intre productie si poveste<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"849\">Romania se afla astazi intr-o pozitie ambigua pe lantul trofic al economiei globale. Suntem o tara care produce, dar nu inca una care isi spune propria poveste. Avem capacitati industriale solide \u2013 in auto, textil, IT, constructii \u2013 dar majoritatea functioneaza pe modul \u201elow-cost\u201d: platim angajati buni, dar ieftini, si livram volume mari pentru branduri internationale care vand de cateva ori mai scump. Dupa cum observa chiar premierul Romaniei, exportam materii prime si importam produse finite. E o formula economica veche, care ne tine la mijlocul lantului.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"893\">De ce nu avem inca branduri puternice<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1459\">Expertii in branding spun ca Romania se afla inca \u201ein faza de copilarie\u201d cand vine vorba despre constructia de brand. Este o consecinta a deceniilor in care marketingul nu a fost o profesie, ci o suspiciune. In comunism nu vindeam imagine, vindeam productie. Si ne-a ramas reflexul: muncim bine, dar comunicam prost. In prezent, suntem ca un peste mijlociu in lantul trofic economic \u2013 nici pradator (adica o tara care impune marci globale), nici prada (reducandu-ne doar la resurse brute). Exportam componente, forta de munca si servicii, dar importam reputatie.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1508\">Cand antreprenorii aleg sa-si spuna numele<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1696\">In ultimii ani s-au vazut insa primele semne de maturizare. Au aparut companii care nu se mai multumesc sa distribuie, ci creeaza. Care trec de la rolul de intermediar la cel de autor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"2324\">Un exemplu convingator este <strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1737\">Novatik<\/strong>. Compania a pornit ca distribuitor de materiale pentru acoperisuri. Ani la rand a fost parte dintr-un lant in care marjele si imaginea se castiga in alta parte. Apoi a decis sa devina producator. A investit in utilaje, in cercetare si mai ales in branding. A construit un portofoliu clar, o identitate coerenta si o strategie de comunicare pe termen lung. Rezultatul? Novatik este astazi un brand romanesc solid, respectat in industrie si recunoscut la export. Este dovada ca trecerea de la distributie la brand propriu este posibila atunci cand exista curaj si disciplina strategica.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2366\">Capcana volumelor si a pretului mic<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2948\">Dincolo de acest exemplu, problema ramane sistemica. Romania are prea putine branduri, pentru ca are prea putina incredere in brand. Mediul de afaceri local continua sa privilegieze productia si logistica, nu proprietatea intelectuala. Multi antreprenori masoara succesul in volume, nu in valoare. \u201eCel mai bun pret\u201d a devenit reflexul colectiv al companiilor romanesti, in timp ce investitia in imagine este inca privita ca un lux, nu ca un multiplicator de valoare. Lipsa alfabetizarii in marketing face ca produsele \u201emade in Romania\u201d sa concureze pe cost, nu pe semnificatie.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"3016\">Energia antreprenoriala exista, dar lipseste cultura de brand<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3018\" data-end=\"3603\">Avem insa un avantaj competitiv care nu poate fi ignorat: energia antreprenoriala. Romania are oameni care risca, invata si construiesc. Problema nu este lipsa ideilor, ci lipsa unei culturi de brand care sa le transforme in capital. Dupa cum spunea recent un oficial guvernamental, tara noastra are multa energie antreprenoriala, dar prea putin capital consolidat. Avem startup-uri inovatoare, dar putine care ajung sa aiba o marca puternica, recognoscibila. Inca mai credem, la nivel colectiv, ca brandurile straine sunt sinonime cu progresul, iar cele romanesti \u2013 cu improvizatia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3605\" data-end=\"3759\">Pe scurt, avem productie, dar nu valoare; avem competenta, dar nu naratiune. Romania este blocata la jumatatea drumului dintre manufactura si marketing.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"3814\">De la economie de productie la strategie de tara<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4104\">Pentru a urca, este nevoie de o strategie nationala de rebranding. Nu o campanie, ci o directie economica. O strategie nationala inseamna sa alegem constient cine vrem sa fim in economia lumii. Cele mai performante tari si-au construit identitatea in jurul unei idei simple si coerente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4106\" data-end=\"4498\">Elvetia a ales cercetarea si precizia. Finlanda a mizat pe educatie, dupa ce a inteles ca nu are decat paduri si fructe de padure. Spania si-a asumat turismul si ospitalitatea ca motor economic. Italia a transformat designul in industrie nationala. Franta a facut din fashion si gastronomie un simbol de putere culturala. Germania a ridicat productia riguroasa la rang de religie economica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4500\" data-end=\"4718\">Romania nu are inca o alegere clara. Dar are resursele pentru una. Poate deveni tara in care creativitatea si ingineria se intalnesc \u2013 un spatiu al inteligentei aplicate, al solutiilor gandite aici si vandute global.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"4720\" data-end=\"4764\">Designed in Romania. Made by Romanians.<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"4766\" data-end=\"5127\">Aceasta idee se poate cristaliza intr-un concept simplu: <strong data-start=\"4823\" data-end=\"4868\">\u201cDesigned in Romania. Made by Romanians.\u201d<\/strong><br data-start=\"4868\" data-end=\"4871\" \/>\u201cDesigned in Romania\u201d inseamna gandit, conceput, proiectat aici \u2013 chiar daca produsul final este fabricat in alta parte.<br data-start=\"4991\" data-end=\"4994\" \/>\u201cMade by Romanians\u201d inseamna semnat de antreprenori, designeri, programatori si producatori romani care isi pun numele pe rezultat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5129\" data-end=\"5466\">In ultimii ani, multe tari au inteles ca brandul lor nu mai sta in resurse, ci in oameni. Romania are un brand de oameni bun: seriosi, rapizi, adaptabili, educati. Asta este deja un capital. Daca vom invata sa-l transformam intr-un sistem \u2013 in industrie, in educatie, in export \u2013 vom avea, in sfarsit, o identitate economica distincta.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"5468\" data-end=\"5511\">Educatie si infrastructura de branding<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"5513\" data-end=\"5977\">O strategie nationala de rebranding ar trebui sa inceapa cu educatia. Cu universitatile economice si tehnice care introduc brandingul in programa. Cu antreprenorii care invata sa spuna povestea produsului lor, nu doar sa calculeze costul materiei prime. Cu programe de stat care sprijina companiile ce trec de la rolul de distribuitor la cel de brand propriu. Cu investitii in proprietate intelectuala si design, la fel cum altii investesc in linii de productie.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"5979\" data-end=\"6022\">Export de branduri, nu doar de produse<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"6024\" data-end=\"6373\">In paralel, statul si mediul privat pot colabora pentru a crea o platforma de export a brandurilor romanesti. Nu un pavilion de tara cu produse amestecate, ci o selectie de marci cu poveste si identitate. \u201cMade by Romanians\u201d poate deveni un certificat de incredere, asa cum \u201cSwiss Made\u201d inseamna precizie, iar \u201cItalian Design\u201d inseamna rafinament.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"6375\" data-end=\"6406\">O schimbare de mentalitate<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"6408\" data-end=\"6664\">In plan cultural, este nevoie de o schimbare de mentalitate: brandul romanesc trebuie sa insemne calitate, nu doar patriotism. Sa nu mai fie nevoie sa indemni consumatorul \u201ccumpara romanesc\u201d, ci sa-l faci sa aleaga romanesc pentru ca recunoaste valoarea.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6666\" data-end=\"6838\">Romania nu trebuie sa fie \u201efabrica Europei\u201d, ci laboratorul ei de idei. Sa produca mai putin pentru altii si mai mult pentru sine. Sa nu mai vanda manopera, ci semnatura.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"6840\" data-end=\"6907\">Rebrandingul Romaniei incepe cu fiecare antreprenor<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"6909\" data-end=\"7141\">Exemplul Novatik arata ca e posibil. Trecerea de la distributie la brand propriu nu e un salt utopic, ci o decizie. Asa incepe si rebrandingul unei tari: cand cineva, undeva, alege sa nu mai vanda pentru altii, ci in nume propriu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7143\" data-end=\"7559\">Romania are nevoie de o strategie de rebranding care sa puna accent pe educatie, proprietate intelectuala, productie locala si export de marci proprii. Nu e o chestiune de imagine, ci de economie. Cu cat construim mai multe branduri romanesti, cu atat crestem mai mult pe lantul trofic al valorii.
