Celalalt il administreaza. Iar brandurile mari se nasc cand cele doua forte gasesc echilibrul.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1187\">Exista doua feluri de oameni care conduc businessuri: cei care vad lumea prin ochii posibilului si cei care o privesc prin ochii procedurii. Primii sunt antreprenorii. Ceilalti, managerii. Amandoi sunt indispensabili, dar nu egali in nasterea unui brand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1361\">Un antreprenor aprinde flacara. Un manager are grija sa nu se stinga. In branding, aceste doua feluri de gandire nu pot fi confundate. Antreprenorul construieste <strong data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1469\">viziunea<\/strong> \u2013 imaginea lumii in care crede. Managementul construieste <strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1541\">structura<\/strong> \u2013 sistemul prin care acea viziune poate rezista.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1597\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1643\">Rolul antreprenorului \u2013 nasterea ideii<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1816\">Antreprenorul e o combinatie de curaj, risc, disconfort si sens. Nu porneste de la Excel, ci de la o nemultumire: ceva lipseste, ceva poate fi mai bun, mai frumos, mai corect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"2066\">El gandeste in directia schimbarii, nu a echilibrului. Isi asuma riscul. Si, mai important, <strong data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1941\">nu deleaga esenta brandului<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1945\" \/>Nu are nevoie de research ca sa simta ce trebuie facut. Isi asculta intuitia si isi verifica instinctul in piata reala.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2428\">Din perspectiva teoretica, antreprenorul este motorul <strong data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2151\">crearii valorii simbolice<\/strong>. Aici intra conceptele lui David Aaker despre <em data-start=\"2198\" data-end=\"2212\">brand equity<\/em>, dar puse in miscare prin viziune, nu prin procese. Antreprenorul decide care este <em data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2316\">promise-ul central<\/em>si cum va fi trait de oameni. El construieste semnificatia, inainte ca managementul sa construiasca sistemul.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2746\">Din punct de vedere psihologic, antreprenorul lucreaza cu viitorul. Isi proiecteaza energia in \u201ece ar putea fi\u201d. In branding, asta inseamna <em data-start=\"2570\" data-end=\"2579\">purpose<\/em>.<br data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2583\" \/>Walter Landor spunea ca <em data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2641\">\u201cbrands are created in the mind\u201d<\/em>. Antreprenorul creaza exact acel spatiu mental \u2013 unde produsul devine poveste si povestea devine sens.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2751\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2802\">Rolul managementului \u2013 ordinea care urmeaza<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2997\">Managerul intra in scena cand entuziasmul trebuie sa devina structura.<br data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"2877\" \/>El traduce energia creativa in procese, reguli, masuratori si sisteme. Nu este vizionar, dar este gardianul coerentei.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3277\">In teorie, managementul gestioneaza <strong data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3054\">valoarea creata<\/strong>. Byron Sharp si Kevin Lane Keller ar spune ca aici se construieste <em data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3135\">consistency<\/em>: coerenta repetata, distributie, penetrare. Managementul se asigura ca promisiunea brandului e livrata in fiecare zi, nu doar pe slide-uri.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"3475\">De multe ori insa, exact aceasta virtute devine pericol. Managerul bun este tentat sa neutralizeze riscul pana dispare ideea. Vrea consens. Vrea validare.<br data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3436\" \/>Dar consensul ucide distinctivitatea.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3477\" data-end=\"3638\">Intr-un sistem condus strict de management, brandul devine un mecanism perfect functional, dar fara emotie. O institutie care stie tot, dar nu mai simte nimic.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3640\" data-end=\"3643\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3645\" data-end=\"3670\">Diferente de profil<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3672\" data-end=\"3797\">Antreprenorul traieste in paradigma <strong data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3719\">crearii<\/strong>: <em data-start=\"3721\" data-end=\"3732\">de ce nu?<\/em><br data-start=\"3732\" data-end=\"3735\" \/>Managerul traieste in paradigma <strong data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"3782\">conservarii<\/strong>: <em data-start=\"3784\" data-end=\"3795\">de ce da?<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3799\" data-end=\"4010\">Antreprenorul vede lumea ca pe un laborator de sensuri posibile.<br data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3866\" \/>Managerul o vede ca pe o organizatie cu bugete si proceduri.<br data-start=\"3926\" data-end=\"3929\" \/>Primul isi asuma instinctul ca metoda. Al doilea isi asuma metoda ca siguranta.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4012\" data-end=\"4279\">Din perspectiva culturii organizationale, antreprenorul e un <em data-start=\"4073\" data-end=\"4089\">founder-leader<\/em> (Jim Collins) \u2013 adica un om care inspira prin identitate, nu prin pozitie.<br data-start=\"4164\" data-end=\"4167\" \/>Managerul, in schimb, reprezinta <em data-start=\"4200\" data-end=\"4225\">leadershipul functional<\/em> \u2013 capacitatea de a transforma intentia in executie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4281\" data-end=\"4512\">Intr-un brand tanar, primul domina. Intr-un brand matur, al doilea devine vital.<br data-start=\"4361\" data-end=\"4364\" \/>Dar intotdeauna, <strong data-start=\"4381\" data-end=\"4444\">antreprenorul trebuie sa dea sensul, iar managementul forma<\/strong>. Daca ordinea se inverseaza, brandul devine un produs de comitet.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4514\" data-end=\"4517\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4519\" data-end=\"4553\">De ce preferam antreprenorii<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4555\" data-end=\"4797\">Pentru ca antreprenorul este viu. Pentru ca se implica cu totul. Pentru ca isi permite sa simta cand ceva nu e autentic.<br data-start=\"4675\" data-end=\"4678\" \/>El nu are nevoie de un <em data-start=\"4701\" data-end=\"4716\">board meeting<\/em> ca sa decida.<br data-start=\"4730\" data-end=\"4733\" \/>Cand simte ca un nume sau un simbol nu are suflet, il opreste.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4938\">Antreprenorul e mai aproape de public. Ii vede reactiile. Intelege cand povestea atinge sau nu. Si nu are nevoie de rapoarte pentru asta.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4940\" data-end=\"5141\">Managerii vad lumea in indicatori. Antreprenorii o vad in sensuri.<br data-start=\"5006\" data-end=\"5009\" \/>De aceea, cand construim un brand, noi, la INOVEO, vrem sa lucram cu cel care <strong data-start=\"5087\" data-end=\"5138\">intra in camera si stie ce vrea sa lase in urma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5143\" data-end=\"5146\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"5148\" data-end=\"5171\">O perspectiva teoretica<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5173\" data-end=\"5327\">La London Business School, una dintre cele mai discutate teme din <em data-start=\"5239\" data-end=\"5259\">Strategic Branding<\/em> era exact aceasta:<br data-start=\"5278\" data-end=\"5281\" \/><em data-start=\"5281\" data-end=\"5325\">\u201cCan a brand survive without its founder?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5329\" data-end=\"5665\">Raspunsul scurt: da, dar doar daca fondatorul a reusit sa transfere cultura, nu doar procesele.<br data-start=\"5424\" data-end=\"5427\" \/>Aici intervine managementul. El devine <strong data-start=\"5466\" data-end=\"5489\">gardianul coerentei<\/strong> (Wally Olins).<br data-start=\"5504\" data-end=\"5507\" \/>Dar fara o teza initiala clara, managementul doar pastreaza inertial.<br data-start=\"5576\" data-end=\"5579\" \/>E ca un arhitect fara plan: stie sa ridice pereti, dar nu stie ce casa construieste.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5667\" data-end=\"5923\">MBA-ul mi-a confirmat ceva ce stiam deja din teren: brandul nu se construieste democratic. Se construieste lucid si consecvent.<br data-start=\"5794\" data-end=\"5797\" \/>Antreprenorul trebuie sa spuna <em data-start=\"5828\" data-end=\"5832\">nu<\/em> de 100 de ori. Managementul trebuie sa transforme acel <em data-start=\"5888\" data-end=\"5892\">nu<\/em> intr-o procedura repetabila.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5925\" data-end=\"5928\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"5930\" data-end=\"5968\">Cand se intalnesc cele doua lumi<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5970\" data-end=\"6162\">Cei mai puternici branduri sunt rezultatul unei conversatii sincere intre aceste doua energii.<br data-start=\"6064\" data-end=\"6067\" \/>Antreprenorul aduce sensul, managementul aduce sistemul.<br data-start=\"6123\" data-end=\"6126\" \/>Primul aprinde, al doilea mentine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6164\" data-end=\"6335\">Cand lucreaza impreuna, se creeaza acel echilibru rar: emotie cu disciplina, intuitie cu rigoare.<br data-start=\"6261\" data-end=\"6264\" \/>Antreprenorul impinge brandul inainte. Managementul il face scalabil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6337\" data-end=\"6469\">Problema nu e diferenta dintre ei, ci momentul.<br data-start=\"6384\" data-end=\"6387\" \/>Prea devreme, managementul omoara ideea. Prea tarziu, antreprenorul o epuizeaza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6471\" data-end=\"6597\">Brandurile care rezista reusesc sa predea stafeta la timp.<br data-start=\"6529\" data-end=\"6532\" \/>Sa nu piarda spiritul in procedura, dar nici procedura in haos.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6599\" data-end=\"6602\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"6604\" data-end=\"6644\">De ce tema asta ne priveste direct<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6646\" data-end=\"6958\">Pentru ca brandingul e exact linia de tensiune dintre aceste doua feluri de a gandi.<br data-start=\"6730\" data-end=\"6733\" \/>Antreprenorii ne cheama sa dam sens, managerii sa dam forma.<br data-start=\"6793\" data-end=\"6796\" \/>Noi alegem, de obicei, inceputurile \u2013 acolo unde ideea trebuie sa prinda voce, ton, identitate.<br data-start=\"6891\" data-end=\"6894\" \/>Ne place zona antreprenoriala pentru ca acolo brandul respira.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6960\" data-end=\"7199\">Brandurile facute de consilii de administratie se vad imediat: sunt <em data-start=\"7010\" data-end=\"7019\">corecte<\/em> dar fara poveste.<br data-start=\"7037\" data-end=\"7040\" \/>Brandurile facute cu antreprenori sunt imperfecte dar vii.
