Dar cate branduri reusesc sa ocupe locul ala in mintea consumatorului?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1102\">Majoritatea brandurilor vorbesc despre ele insele. Se promoveaza prin superlative: \u201ecel mai bun\u201d, \u201ecel mai rapid\u201d, \u201ecel mai inovator\u201d. Problema e ca oamenii nu gandesc in superlative. Oamenii gandesc in contexte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1294\">Cand te gandesti la \u201eprimul card al studentului\u201d, iti vine un brand in minte. Cand te gandesti la \u201eapa plata la restaurant\u201d, iti vine alt brand. Aceste contexte sunt category entry points.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1299\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1366\">Category entry points in actiune: povestea unui brand bancar<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"297\">Acum cativa ani, <strong data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"129\">ING Romania<\/strong> a facut o campanie exact pe <strong data-start=\"158\" data-end=\"181\">\u201ecardul de salarii\u201d<\/strong>. Contextul era clar: category entry point pentru banking. Rezultatul? A devenit top of mind in acel moment-cheie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"478\">Angajatii care si-au incasat salariul pe acel card au ramas clienti fideli ani de zile. Nu pentru ca ING era \u201ecea mai buna banca\u201d, ci pentru ca era banca din contextul relevant.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1753\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1807\">Teoria category entry points \u2013 explicata simplu<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1969\">Byron Sharp si Institutul Ehrenberg-Bass au studiat zeci de industrii si au aratat ca brandurile cresc atunci cand sunt asociate cu <strong data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1966\">category entry points<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2130\">Un category entry point este un context mental. \u201eCafeaua de dimineata\u201d e un CEP. \u201ePrimul salariu\u201d e alt CEP. \u201ePrima calatorie cu avionul\u201d este iarasi un CEP.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2218\">Brandurile care reusesc sa lege numele lor de aceste momente sunt cele care castiga.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2223\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2277\">Exemple de branduri internationale<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2574\">\n<li data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2339\">\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2339\"><strong data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2292\">Jacobs<\/strong> \u2013 nu e doar cafea, e alintaroma \u201ecafeaua de dimineata\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2410\">\n<p data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2410\"><strong data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2350\">Visa<\/strong> \u2013 \u201ePrimul card al studentului\u201d in multe campanii globale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2411\" data-end=\"2486\">\n<p data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2486\"><strong data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2424\">Colgate<\/strong> \u2013 nu e doar pasta de dinti, e \u201edimineata inainte de birou\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2574\">\n<p data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2574\"><strong data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2499\">Airbnb<\/strong> \u2013 a construit pe contextul \u201eprima vacanta autentica intr-o casa locala\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2579\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2628\">Exemple de campanii in Romania<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2930\">\n<li data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2732\">\n<p data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2732\"><strong data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2641\">Dacia<\/strong> \u2013 a ramas ani intregi legata de contextul \u201einginerie accesibila\u201d pentru clasa de mijloc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2732\">\n<p data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2732\"><strong data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2641\">ING Bank<\/strong> \u2013 a avut cu ani in urma o campanie in care asocia cardul ING cu &#8220;cardul de salariu&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2757\">Banca Transilvania<\/strong> \u2013 s-a lipit de contextul \u201eantreprenor roman\u201d. Cand te gandesti la IMM-uri, te gandesti la BT.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/altex.ro\"><strong data-start=\"2856\" data-end=\"2865\">Altex<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 e constant in contextul oferte si reduceri &#8220;cel mai mic pret&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"3070\">Pe de alta parte, multe branduri romanesti au schimbat logo-ul si mesajul atat de des incat nu au ramas asociate cu niciun context clar.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3072\" data-end=\"3075\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3138\">Cum poti folosi asta pentru brandul tau<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3140\" data-end=\"3324\">Intreaba-te: in ce momente clare vrei sa fii in mintea clientilor tai? Esti \u201ecafeaua de dimineata\u201d sau doar \u201einca o cafea\u201d? Esti \u201eprimul card al studentului\u201d sau doar \u201einca o banca\u201d? Sau inca nu stii? Posti afla in <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/workshop-branding\/?lang=en\">workshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3326\" data-end=\"3329\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3331\" data-end=\"3393\">Pasii pentru a integra momentele in <a href=\"https:\/\/inoveo.ro\/en\/branding-en\/inoveo-brandingul-nu-e-sprint\/?lang=en\">branding<\/a><\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3823\">\n<li data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3509\">\n<p data-start=\"3398\" data-end=\"3509\"><strong data-start=\"3398\" data-end=\"3433\">Identifica momentele de consum.<\/strong> Fa o lista cu situatiile in care consumatorul are nevoie de produsul tau.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3510\" data-end=\"3610\">\n<p data-start=\"3513\" data-end=\"3610\"><strong data-start=\"3513\" data-end=\"3554\">Selecteaza 2-3 category entry points.<\/strong> Nu poti fi peste tot. Alege ce conteaza cel mai mult.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3611\" data-end=\"3725\">\n<p data-start=\"3614\" data-end=\"3725\"><strong data-start=\"3614\" data-end=\"3656\">Construieste comunicarea in jurul lor.<\/strong> Reclame, vizualuri si mesaje care leaga brandul de acele contexte.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3726\" data-end=\"3823\">\n<p data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3823\"><strong data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3749\">Repeta constant.<\/strong> Asocierea se construieste prin repetitie, nu printr-o singura campanie.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"3825\" data-end=\"3828\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3830\" data-end=\"3882\">De ce acest concept nu e doar teorie<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3884\" data-end=\"4077\">Scopul nu e sa inventezi un slogan sofisticat, ci sa inserezi brandul in viata reala a consumatorilor. Momentele functioneaza pentru ca sunt relevante, nu pentru ca sunt creative.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4079\" data-end=\"4082\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4148\">Exemple romanesti istorice<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"743\">In Romania exista exemple si mai puternice, din trecut. Branduri care au depasit statutul de produs si au devenit limbaj colectiv.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"778\">PECO \u2013 benzina si libertate<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"967\">Un brand de stat aparut in 1958, care distribuia carburant in toata tara. Astazi, dupa 35 de ani de la disparitia sa, romanii inca spun \u201emerg la PECO\u201d cand se refera la orice benzinarie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1134\">De ce? Pentru ca PECO a devenit Category Entry Point pentru intreaga categorie a statiilor de carburant. Nu era doar un nume \u2013 era drumul, libertatea, mobilitatea.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1171\">Alte cuvinte ramase in limbaj<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1730\">\n<li data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1274\">\n<p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1274\"><strong data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1184\">Gostat<\/strong> \u2013 carne sau produse agricole de stat \u2192 azi, sinonim cu \u201emacelarie\u201d in limbajul popular.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1340\">\n<p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1340\"><strong data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1285\">Coop<\/strong> \u2013 cooperativa de consum \u2192 \u201ede la coop\u201d inca circula.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1407\">\n<p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1407\"><strong data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1352\">Apaca<\/strong> \u2013 fabrica de textile \u2192 reper geografic in Bucuresti.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1497\">\n<p data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1497\"><strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1426\">Semanatoarea<\/strong> \u2013 fabrica de utilaje agricole \u2192 nume de cartier si statie de metrou.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1553\">\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1553\"><strong data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1513\">Tricodava<\/strong> \u2013 fabrica de tricotaje \u2192 reper urban.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1644\">\n<p data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1644\"><strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1563\">ONT<\/strong> \u2013 Oficiul National de Turism \u2192 \u201eexcursii cu ONT-ul\u201d e expresie recognoscibila.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1730\">\n<p data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1730\"><strong data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1666\">Electroaparataj<\/strong> \u2013 intreprindere de echipamente \u2192 a ramas ca denumire de zona.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1982\"><strong data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1765\">De ce conteaza aceste exemple<\/strong><br data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1768\" \/>Toate acestea sunt dovezi ca un brand poate deveni portita mentala catre categorie, chiar si dupa ce a disparut. Sunt Category Entry Points istorice, nascute in comunism, dar care inca traiesc in cultura noastra.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2021\">Lectia pentru brandurile de azi<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2216\">Un brand nu trebuie sa fie \u201ecel mai bun\u201d sau \u201ecel mai inovator\u201d. Trebuie sa fie brandul care ocupa un context clar. \u201eCafeaua de dimineata\u201d. \u201ePrimul card al studentului\u201d. \u201eAntreprenorul roman\u201d. Daca PECO a reusit fara social media si fara campanii digitale, ce scuza mai au brandurile de azi sa nu construiasca Category Entry Points?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4354\" data-end=\"4552\">PS: La workshopurile INOVEO, antreprenorii descopera adesea ca nu s-au gandit niciodata la category entry points. Dar cand fac exercitiul, realizeaza imediat de ce brandul lor nu e inca memorabil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4554\" data-end=\"4786\">PPS: Daca vrei sa descoperi <strong>category entry points pentru brandul tau,<\/strong> vino la <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4632\" data-end=\"4701\">workshopul de branding INOVEO<\/a>.
