Si e viu, sensibil, dar inca in cautare de directie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vine din logistica \u2013 o lume precisa, dura, eficienta. Si tocmai din acel loc a ales sa creeze un brand de haine pentru femei. Un brand cu linii curate si cu promisiunea unei elegante discrete.<br \/>\nDar cum faci diferenta intr-o lume cu Zara, Mango si mii de conturi de Instagram care arata bine?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne-am intalnit intr-o sesiune de mentorat, iar intrebarea initiala a fost simpla:\u00a0<em>cum se poate diferentia?<\/em><br \/>\nRaspunsul, insa, nu sta in produs. Ci in cine esti tu cand il creezi. Si cum se simte clienta cand il poarta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cand vrei sa cresti fara sa te pierzi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claude simtea ca face bine ce face, dar ca ceva lipseste. Ca nu a gasit inca acel fir rosu care sa-i lege experienta profesionala, viziunea despre feminitate si relatia cu clientele.<br \/>\nAvea clienti recuren\u021bi, un showroom cald, produse lucrate cu grija. Dar simtea ca brandul ei nu e inca \u201eintreg\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I-am propus sa se uite spre interior: ce o face diferita: croiul? Trecutul ei? Felul in care priveste lumea, cum organizeaza si gandeste?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>De la rochii la relatii<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am discutat despre\u00a0<strong>retentia clientelor<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 cum revii in mintea cuiva, nu doar in garderoba ei.<br \/>\nAm explorat ideea de\u00a0<strong>abonament<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 nu ca model de business, ci ca relatie constanta.<br \/>\nI-am sugerat sa faca\u00a0<strong>interviuri informale<\/strong>\u00a0cu clientele \u2013 conversatii reale despre nevoi, obiceiuri, ce le place si ce le-ar face sa revina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am vorbit despre\u00a0<strong>nume<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 despre cum rochiile ei pot fi botezate dupa locuri, stari, momente. Saint Tropez. Milano. Duminica. Lini\u0219te. Asa apare si diferentierea: cand obiectul devine purtator de poveste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Brandul personal conteaza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La un moment dat i-am spus:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eFemeile nu cumpara doar rochii. Cumpara si o relatie. O emotie. Vor sa stie cine esti. Ce crezi. De ce le propui tocmai modelul acela.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I-am recomandat sa isi asume public rolul de fondatoare. Sa isi spuna povestea \u2013 nu ca strategie, ci ca act de onestitate.<br \/>\nPoate chiar o sectiune pe site. Sau o pagina pe social media in care sa se arate \u2013 asa cum este.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ce urmeaza?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ramas sa faca un\u00a0<strong>audit de brand<\/strong>: ce promite azi, ce livreaza si ce simte clienta in tot acest proces.<br \/>\nSa\u00a0<strong>structureze un ghid de discutie<\/strong>\u00a0pentru interviuri.<br \/>\nSa\u00a0<strong>testeze idei de abonament<\/strong>, sa\u00a0<strong>rescrie povestea brandului<\/strong>\u00a0si sa\u00a0<strong>documenteze pas cu pas experienta clientei<\/strong>: de la primul contact pana la momentul in care rochia e purtata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am convenit sa ne mai auzim. Si, intre timp, am ramas conectate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Vrei si tu claritate pentru brandul tau?<\/strong><br \/>\nPentru sesiuni de mentorat,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/inoveo\/consultanta-inoveo\">click aici si programeaza o intalnire<\/a>.<br \/>\nDiscutam concret, structurat si aplicat \u2013 exact ce ai nevoie ca sa mergi mai departe.
