Raspunsurile la aceste intrebari reprezinta o temelie in viitorul business-ului, care nu poate supravietui fara o strategie de brand \u2013 in lipsa acesteia, personalitatea afacerii nu exista. Dupa cum stim, facts tell, but stories sell \u2013 iar brandingul tese fir cu fir povestea afacerilor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns full-section full-section-three is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Ce e un brand?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Nu orice afacere este un brand, cum sunteti tentati sa credem. Brandul reprezinta fuziunea dintre mai multe elemente care dau nastere produsului sau companiei noastre, fuziune care ne face unici, diferiti, recognoscibili. Cand vorbim despre brand, ne putem raporta la doua dimensiuni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Dimensiunea reala<\/strong>, oferita de caracteristicile brandului (ce este si ce face);<br><strong>Dimensiunea perceptiva<\/strong>, legata de felul in care publicul vede ce facem, de felul in care suntem perceputi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Un brand nu este doar un logo sau un slogan, iar definirea sa se va dovedi mai complexa decat ti-ai imaginat. Definirea unui brand te pune fata in fata cu misiunea afacerii tale si cu modul in care doresti sa imbunatatesti viata publicului tau. Un brand este consolidat, in prima faza, prin cateva intrebari care sa ne ofere directie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Misiunea<\/strong> companiei?<br>Ce <strong>beneficii<\/strong> are compania?<br>Ce aduce <strong>in plus<\/strong> compania?<br>Cu ce <strong>valori<\/strong> ti-ar placea sa fie asociata compania?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Nu este suficient sa le spui clientilor tai ce le poti oferi. Trebuie sa afli cum ii ajuta produsul \/ serviciul tau sa ii imbunatateasca viata \u2013 un brand nu este despre tine, ci despre client si nevoile pe care acesta le are.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns full-section full-section-four is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Cand ai nevoie de servicii de rebranding?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Arati ca toti<\/strong> ceilalti din industria ta.<br>Vrei sa accesezi <strong>un target nou<\/strong>.<br>Brandul tau s-a dezvoltat, <strong>a evoluat<\/strong>.<br>Brandul este foarte <strong>invechit<\/strong>.<br>Brandul nu mai reflecta <strong>valorile tale<\/strong>.<br>Ai trecut printr-o criza de <strong>imagine<\/strong>.<br><strong>Ai fuzionat<\/strong> sau ai fost cumparat.<br>Intentionezi sa faci export sau sa-ti deschizi magazine in <strong>piete externe<\/strong>.<br>Faci <strong>parteneriate<\/strong> strategice.<br>Iti <strong>reorganizezi brandurile<\/strong> care rezolva nevoi diferite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns full-section full-section-five is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Ce e o strategie de brand?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">O strategie de brand identifica si consolideaza personalitatea afacerii tale, fiind o amprenta veridica a valorilor si calitatilor sale. Departe de a se baza doar pe identitatea vizuala, o strategie de brand te ajuta sa te diferentiezi si sa aduci cu adevarat valoare in afacerea ta. Strategia de brand vine ca un pilon de sprijin pentru (auto)intelegerea unei afaceri \u2013 odata ce apar raspunsurile revelatoare la intrebarile de mai jos, business-ul deja capata o mantie umana si emotionala. O strategie de brand se fundamenteaza pe cine esti, cum esti si cum arati ca afacere \u2013 de la scop si pana la gama cromatica, toate aceste elemente provocatoare definesc un brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>De ce este necesara strategia de brand?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Felul in care comunica brandul tau decide daca experienta clientului va fi una placuta sau nu. Iar termenul de comunicare este infinit \u2013 de la culori si pana la tone of voice, totul este brand. O strategie de brand este necesara pentru a duce o afacere la nivelul urmator, aducand plus-valoarea de care are nevoie; se traseaza, astfel, directivele afacerii tale: cine esti si cum poti schimba lumea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Strategiile de brand consistente si dense adauga valoare serviciilor sau produselor tale si te pozitioneaza ca o autoritate in domeniu. si nu in ultimul rand, strategia de brand creeaza comunitati. Comunitati unite de aceleasi afinitati, valori si cauze, care se regasesc in povestea si viziunea brandului tau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Ce trebuie sa stii inainte de a realiza strategia de brand?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Strategia de brand se realizeaza in cadrul unei agentii de branding si rebranding si se bazeaza pe definirea publicului, analiza competitiei, punctele de diferentiere, nume, logo si alte elemente auxiliare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Strategia de brand tese povestea companiei tale. Este important sa stii ca realizarea unei strategii de brand nu este un proces simplu si de scurta durata \u2013 s-ar putea chiar sa il gasesti intimidant sau inconfortabil, pentru ca se bazeaza pe transparenta si sinceritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">O strategie de brand este o definire a companiei tale, dar si a omului \/ oamenilor din spate, fiind un proces onest si intim, asa ca trebuie sa te astepti sa raspunzi la intrebari complexe, legate de viziuni si misiuni pe termen lung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Cand ai nevoie de o strategie de brand?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Indiferent ca ai o companie mica sau mare, un produs cunoscut sau nou, strategia de brand este parghia care leaga afacerea de o poveste. De un scop, de un tel mai mare decat businessul in sine. Prin definitie, o strategie de brand apare ca o necesitate, in primul rand, atunci cand lansezi un produs nou pe piata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Sa propui un produs nou pe piata inseamna sa patrunzi in necunoscut. Lumea nu cunoaste produsul, asa ca nu stie la ce sa se astepte. Ce e de facut? Ne prezentam. Strategia de brand isi face intim aparitia si ne prezinta \u2013 ne spune numele, intentiile, ne spune misiunea si viziunea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">si ca la o intalnire, nu povestim prea mult despre noi insine \u2013 ii spunem celuilalt ce ii putem oferi. O strategie de brand tese firul narativ al unei afaceri de succes si cucereste. Naming-ul, tonalitatea vocii, misiunea noastra sunt asezonate de identitatea vizuala: gandim vizual, iar imaginile valoreaza mai mult ca niciodata \u2013 punem pret pe acele povesti pe care le putem vedea inainte de a le citi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Alaturi de lansarea pe piata a unui produs, exista si alte situatii in care realizarea unei strategii de brand ne va propulsa afacerea. Produsul nu isi atinge potentialul\/trebuie sa atinga un target nou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Afacerea creste si creste, insa stagneaza. Undeva, parte din firul epic al povestii s-a rupt, iar afacerea nu mai evolueaza. Asta se intampla pentru ca nevoile publicului tinta fluctueaza, iar noi trebuie sa ne adaptam, insa ar putea fi si alte motive in spate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">-nepenetrare suficienta a pietei;<br>-ambalaj neatractiv, nepractic;<br>-un nou competitor pe piata;<br>-clientul nu mai este atras de informatia comunicata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">in acest caz, vorbim despre o strategie de rebranding \u2013 daca strategia ta de branding a fost realizata cu multi ani in urma, poate la inceputul afacerii, este firesc ca raspunsurile la acele intrebari-temelie sa se fi schimbat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Poate scopul este un altul acum, poate viziunea si misiunea au suferit modificari, poate vizualul nu mai straluceste ca inainte \u2013 aici apare strategia de rebranding, care revigoreaza si da un suflu nou brandului, ajutandu-l sa ajunga la potentialul sau maxim si mai departe de atat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Doua companii fuzioneaza<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Atunci cand doua sau mai multe companii fuzioneaza, situatia este similara cu o casatorie: cine ia numele cui, cine unde se muta, cine isi schimba obiceiurile daca partenerul este deranjat. Unele branduri creeaza o noua identitate atunci cand fuzioneaza si nu pastreaza nimic din cele doua companii anterioare: logo-ul, manifestarea, vizualul si vocile sunt rebranduite, astfel incat sa raspunda nevoilor si dorintelor ambelor afaceri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Dupa o criza de imagine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">O criza de imagine este dificila. Starneste verva si agitatie mai ales in online, iar energia consolidata in jurul ei nu este intocmai placuta. Buzz-ul generat de crizele de imagine ne face sa ne reconfiguram traseul si sa indreptam posibilele erori de intelegere. O arhitectura de brand sanatoasa va conduce la dezvoltarea si implementarea unei strategii de rebranding consistente, prin care valorile afacerii vor fi transmise concret si coerent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Brandul nu mai reflecta valorile companiei<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Viziunile noastre se schimba. Felul in care percepem lumea, afacerile si scopurile pe care le avem difera atunci cand inaintam in varsta sau atunci cand ne dorim mai mult de la afacerile noastre. Pentru a fi auziti si intelesi de oameni potrivitii, povestea trebuie sa se schimbe, sa se adapteze, sa inoveze pentru a reflecta cu adevarat valorile companiei.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns full-section full-section-six is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" id=\"marketing\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Care sunt cele mai importante elemente ale strategiei de brand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">O strategie de brand este perceputa eronat ca fiind doar identitatea vizuala a companiei. Pe langa latura vizuala, strategia de brand se fundamenteaza si pe alti cativa piloni care tes fir cu fir povestea finala:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Stabilirea elementelor cheie ale brandului: misiune, viziune, valori<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">La inceput a fost povestea. Asa ca in prima faza din strategia de branding vom vorbi foarte mult despre de ce-uri. De ce suntem unde suntem si de ce facem lucrurile pe care le facem \u2013 in aceasta etapa definim impreuna misiunea, viziunea si valorile pe care le avem. Ne vei raspunde la intrebari precum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De ce am aparut pe piata?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cum vrem sa fim in viitor?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce facem acum pentru acel viitor?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce valori ne guverneaza?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cum putem oferi mai mult, mai bun, mai sincer?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Gasirea publicului tinta si intelegerea customer journey-ului<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Si cum relatiile sunt alcatuite dintre doi indivizi, intre brandul tau si publicul sau tinta se tese lent o poveste de dragoste. Pentru a ajunge totusi in acel punct, este important sa intelegem cui ne adresam si de ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Aici vom identifica felul in care produsul tau il face pe client sa se simta mai bine, vom trasa concret maniera in care ii revolutionezi viata la nivel macro sau micro. O strategie de branding nu este despre ce ii oferi clientului. Ci despre felul in care ce ii oferi clientului ii poate schimba viata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Analiza competitiei si a pietei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Analiza pietei si a concurentei este vitala pentru construirea unei strategii de branding sanatoasa \u2013 in baza analizelor de specialitate, identificam elementele dupa care trebuie sa ne ghidam \u2013 care sunt punctele forte, slabiciunile, oportunitatile si amenintarile. Ce putem schimba pentru a face din customer journey o experienta in adevaratul sens al cuvantului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Naming-ul, identitatea verbala si elementele de brand<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Numele unui brand este emotie. O emotie grea si decisiva pentru client, care face diferenta. Naming-ul are in spate un proces de creatie amanuntit, fundamentat pe research, brainstorming si selectie \u2013 primul contact pe care il are audienta cu brandul tau trebuie sa creeze ecou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Mai apoi, orice strategie de brand are la baza un manual de brand, care aduce consistenta si claritate in manifestarea afacerii noastre \u2013 fiind un ghid fundamentat pe identitatea vizuala si povestea businessului, manualul de brand nu ingradeste creativitatea, ci, dimpotriva, ii ofera mai mult spatiu de dezvoltare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Nu cumparam bunuri, cumparam povesti. Dupa ce am identificat inima brandului tau (misiunea si viziunea) este nevoie sa le articulam verbal \u2013 aceasta este etapa in care decidem si construim care este tone of voice-ul brandului, aceasta bazandu-se pe voce, ton si personalitate. Dan Wieden spunea ca \u201eCei de la Nike nu au descoperit puterea publicitatii, ci puterea propriilor voci\u201d, motiv pentru care ce spui si felul in care o spui trebuie sa te defineasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Brand platform, brand essence, brand promise, brand vision, brand mission si brand personality \u2013 sau, pe scurt, cine esti atunci cand faci lucrurile la care te pricepi cel mai bine. Felul in care ajuti publicul tinta este definitoriu, iar mesajul este unul dintre organele vitale ale oricarei afaceri \u2013 ce transmiti si felul in care transmiti naste informatii si emotii. Iar brandingul aduce de partea ta aceste informatii si emotii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Tagline-ul (adeseori intalnim folosit incorect termenul slogan pentru tagline) este un alt element de brand vital \u2013 scurt, concentrat, carnos, acesta trebuie sa fie o fraza care sa sumarizeze intregul concept al brandului. Strategia de brand leaga mesajul de esenta acestuia, iar atributele, valorile si personalitatea afacerii stau la baza unui USP \u2013 unique selling proposition, un termen care face referire la plus-valoarea ta unica: ce aduci complet diferit fata de competitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Tehnic vorbind, cu cat USP-ul este formulat mai clar si precis, cu atat mai bine este pozitionata afacerea noastra. Pe langa USP, ni se aduce in atentie si un ESP \u2013 emotional selling proposition, care face referire la partea umana si emotionala din noi: emotiile inedite pe care afacerea ni le starneste, zvacul unic pe care doar ea il are dintre toti competitorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Identitatea vizuala<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Gandim vizual, iar in era rapiditatii si a fluxului prea mare de informatii, designul ramane un ambasador tacut al afacerii tale. Cand ne referim la identitatea vizuala a brandului, ne referim la logo, tipografie, culoare. O identitate vizuala puternica este conturata cu scop si sens \u2013 vizualul nu este realizat doar pentru azi. Este realizat pentru brandul din viitor. Astfel, o identitate vizuala buna trebuie sa fie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>flexibila<\/strong>, pentru a creste odata cu brandul;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>comprehensiva<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>intuitiva<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Identitate vizuala este suma urmatoarelor elemente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>logo<\/strong> \u2013 format din logotip (tipul de litera cu care este scris numele) sau logotip si simbol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>tipografie<\/strong> \u2013 tipul de litera \/ font pe care il folosesc in diverse materiale de brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>supergraphic<\/strong> \u2013 extras din logo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>culorile principale<\/strong> si <strong>secundare<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>imagerie<\/strong> \u2013 stil de imagine folosit de cele mai multe ori pentru a exprima atributele brandului<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>tagline<\/strong> \u2013 daca e cazul; a nu se confunda cu sloganul care este mai degraba asociat unei campanii si se poate schimba, pe cand tagline-ul este asociat brandului si merge in tandem cu acesta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Un logo bun este un logo memorabil, iar studiile arata ca logo-urile memorabile sunt simple. Caligrafia este extensia logo-ului; consumam cuvintele diferit, asa ca doar pentru ca un font se potriveste designului nostru de ambalaj nu inseamna ca se potriveste si pe site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">in ultima instanta, culorile sunt printre cele mai puternice si misterioase elemente de brand, iar studiile arata ca gama cromatica influenteaza totul, de la perceptia brandului la intentia de cumparare, fiind astfel o matematica care trebuie inteleasa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns full-section full-section-eight is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Alte tipuri de branding pe care sa le ai in vedere si importanta lor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Brandingul nu se refera doar la infatisarea companiei in online, ci la felul in care este perceputa de intreaga lume, incepand cu angajatii si cei ce-i trec pragul zilnic. Linia grafica a unei companii nu este limitata la brosuri, site-uri sau papetarie \u2013 ea curge infinit inspre o fluiditate a povestii brandului in cat mai multe directii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\"><strong>Branding Ambiental<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Brandingul ambiental este o extensie a personalitatii spatiului in zona de lucru. O continuare a identitatii vizuale a brandului care le reaminteste tuturor de misiunea si viziunea pe care o au, brandingul ambiental se realizeaza atat in interiorul cladirii, cat si in exterior, si sunt vizate personalizarea receptiei, a birourilor, a salilor de intalnire si a spatiilor comune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Felul in care arata o companie nu influenteaza doar productivitatea angajatilor, ci si maniera in care este perceputa din exterior \u2013 nu mai este secret, spatiul schimba starea.
