INOVEO ignites creativity and strategy direction with a team-workshop in Berlin

The entire INOVEO team has recently participated in a discovery and inspiration trip to Berlin, which also provided a great opportunity for an authentic teambuilding. Part of INOVEO’s internal strategy to develop, strengthen its team’s cohesion, and fuel the creativity of the brand and design team, is to organize such creative workshops on a regular basis.

The five days spent in Berlin under the guidance of Juergen Bamberg, Creative Director and INOVEO partner, were marked by a strategy workshop, uncovering latest branding & design trends, and customized team activities in the city. Targeted visits to prestigious museums were specially added to the event agenda. The list included stops to the iconic Museum of Letters – Buchshtaben Museum, Bauhaus Archive/Design museum, Berlinische Galerie, and Futurium, and lots of walking in Berlin – the best way to discover and feel the real pulse of the destination. Each day was marked by the team’s most favorite activity – “INOVEO brand walks and talks”, to observe window branding, outdoor, signage, coffee shops branding, restaurants or trend setter boutique hotels in cool areas of Berlin, while literally tasting what Berlin has to offer in terms of culinary and beyond. Among the objectives achieved by the team during the workshop were the reiteration of INOVEO’s brand values and the redefinition of its mission. Both the values and the role of each member’s involvement were intensively discussed and better understood, generating ideas on how these will be brought to life by the team for both internal and external projects in a most efficient and unified way.
